For me, nothing is more relaxing than letting my hand roam free across the paper, without any agenda, just for the pleasure of it. That is my favourite mindful experience.
This series is about the calmness you can find when you let go, and allow your intuition and your soul guide your moves. Deep down, each of us know what is best for us, our true purpose and truth. Granting ourselves permission to slow down and listen to that inner voice, is one of the greatest act of self love.
