Alena was born in 1986.
She graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
She is a participant in such schools-workshops as the School of Contemplative painting (Dornach, Switzerland), the School of Contemporary Art at MARI, the School of Visual Communications, and the New Art School (the latter - in Kyiv).
Works in various media, but the main media of the artist is painting.
Alena has been actively exhibiting since 2008: 13 solo shows in galleries and museums in Kyiv and many group projects in Ukraine and abroad (London, Berlin, Madrid, Krakow, Valencia). Finalist (in 2019 and 2020) of the Objects Art Prize.
She participated in the Bodensee Art Fair (Dornbirn, 2019) and the International Art Fair in Seoul (2018) and has a printed catalog.
The works are in private collections in Ukraine, Germany, Great Britain, the USA, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Spain, and Italy.
Last two years since 2020 Alena has returned to figurative painting and sculpture, after 13 years of working with color as an independent medium. As if the premonition of war did not allow her to do something separate from reality. The main aim now and till the victory of Ukraine is to spread the word about it, by all means, to help materially and informationally to many friends volunteering and protecting our homeland.
